At The Chubbie Oven, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or modify your order. Here are our refund and cancellation policies:
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be made prior to the package being shipped. Any cancellation will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
No Refunds Policy: No refunds or credits are available for cancellations made once the shipment has been placed into the care of the carrier.
CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS POLICY
Changes to Your Order: Changes to your order requested prior to the package being shipped will be entertained, but may incur a 20% fee.
No Changes Policy: We are not able to accommodate changes to your order once the shipment has been placed into the care of the carrier.
REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
No Returns Policy: If there is a problem with an order you’ve received, please contact us immediately. Any issues with an order must be reported within 24 hours of when the package was received. All problems will be dealt with on a case by case basis, at our discretion. There are no returns or exchanges.
Only One Delivery Attempt: Only one delivery attempt will be made per order. Should your order require an address correction, the customer is responsible for additional shipping and product costs.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
The Chubbie Oven is not responsible for: packages delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer, package refusal, compromised quality due to prolonged outdoor exposure to the package, or improper handling of the product by the customer.
